Pyramid and Venice

When you build pyramid with venice, you get a settler who can't settle
But shouldn't i get a merchant ?

I assume it's not intended and that's a bug

Yes.
Venice should give a merchant of venice.
I replicated this bug also.

Confirmed. IMHO, Pyramid for Venice should grant a Merchant of Venice or one Worker. Not sure if it's possible.

This has been noted and already addressed as this now closed issue shows.
So as of the next release, which includes this commit, the unit will be a Merchant of Venice.
