What is this thing? some kinda amored flak? Anti personel? Looks good anyway..

It was the first german panzer, made during the thirties

Although it was meant as a training tank, it made up a large part of the invading force in poland, and even in france/netherlands/belgium.

It was armed with two machineguns, and the armor could only withstand small caliber machineguns

I think some of those "tanks" were later used as command vehicles (i think it's called that)...
