Query about Videos

Hi there, haven't been here in a long tome but I've just got back to playing a little bit of Civ II but it has been a while since I played it and now I can't remember what the vids that I find on the 'Video' section of the Civ2 file. I can quite clearly understand where scenes 1, 2, 4, 5, 10, 11, 13 and Siege Engine come from but can anyone describe what the rest of them are or at least in which scenarios you can get to see them.

Some I knew, for others, I had to check events files.

Played when:
3 - You lose the game.
6 - Someone discovers Future Technology 5 - 33% chance per turn (Original)/Someone discovers Transcendence (Extended Original), ends game.
7 - A scenario ends
8 - Someone discovers Bifrost, ends game (Midgard/Fantasy).
9 - Volsang breaks free, game lost (Midgard).
9a - Volsang's bonds loosen (Midgard).
9b - Volsang's bonds loosen further (Midgard).
