Question about cities in terrain mods

Hi, im new in this forum, and is a great forum, a lot of things to see.
Well i need help, when i install a mod for terrain in Civ 3 Conquest, the terrain changes, but i can see the button to clic and go to the cities(the eye button) thats happen with all terrain mods , im doing something wrong or will be the same thing with all mods?
By the way, somebody can tell me about a good mod that changes terrain and resources to a look better? i like snoopy mod, but i can enter the cities (this happens to my in all games XD)

You can only go to the city view when playing a normal game. It isn't available when playing a scenario.

No i can´t see that button, but i readed in the other answer that i can´t see the city in scenario mode XD so... i guess thats all, close the thread XD?

ah... ok, then is not...

... (this happens to my in all games XD)

but only scenarios...

and, if you replace manually the original files in the main CIV III\ART\TERRAIN folder ? ( remember backup before ! )
