Question about Missionaries

Hi,

I have this problem with missionaries. Some of the religions that I've founded have no missionaries. I cannot build their missionaries in any cities. Anyone knows why this is so?

You need to have a monastary for the religion, or the Organized Religion civic in order to build missionaries.

You will also find that you can't build missionaries if you already have 3 built or if 3 are being built by other cities.
