Question about modding the Projects in game

I saw a succession game where the variant was that you could only get techs learned from the Internet. I wanted to try this, so I did some research on Civwiki, and found that the file I need is called CIV4ProjectInfo in the GameInfo folder. I looked and found it in Civ 4, but I can't seem to find it in Warlords. Is there a different file for Warlords?

Nevermind. I managed to figure it out. Apparently all I needed to do was copy the ProjectInfo file over to the appropriate Warlords folder.

Yeah warlords only replaces the changed files, so if the file is the same it uses the Civ4 vanilla versions. Im not sure why they did that, but the end result is that warlords isnt a complete set of files.
