Question about the no raze patch

ı downloaded a scenario that plays better with a no-raze patch . The point is the advice that comes with the patch says ı should rename the original Civ3Conquests.exe file and use the no-raze version as Civ3Conquests.exe . Is this a must ? Can ı use other names for the no-raze patch ?

You can use any name, but you would need to make your own short cut or open the exe directly. The renaming is to allow you to use the existing short cut.

I just use two shortcuts, It is easier that way since I don't have to remind myself which exe is which. I call my no raze exe "C3CNoRaze.exe"

ı prefer starting the game from the conquest folder , and the suggestions will work allright for me . Thanks for the replies .

impressive The Vietnam War Deluxe by El Justo . Playing as Vietcong it wasn't that "bad" but everytime ı play as the South and close the game , the computer would want to send a message to Microsoft about the software mismatch or something .
