Question about Vampirism

Ok I have a quick question about Vampirism while playing as Calabim. Apparently from what I have read in the Civlopedia vampires are reborn if they are killed. Do they only get reborn ONCE or does this happen every time they are defeated in combat?

Only Vampire Lords and Losha Valas gets reborn (if she has the immortal promotion which she gets by killing a living unit, and loses when reborn).

^^^Thanks for the quick response, and now I have a second question. Can a Vampire give the gift of Vamprism to any unit that meets the experience requirements and does it cost any money to do so?

They can only gift vampirism to living units, so no undead or demons. It does not cost any money.

Any level 6 living unit, or level 4 when it comes to Moroi.
