Question on Radar Tower effect

Couldn't find this anywhere since the search function is currently disabled:

Just got PTW and have a question, does the 2 tile benefit (+25% Att & Def) of radar towers extend into enemy territory if placed right on your border?

I am going to launch an invasion when I get home from work and would like to know this in advance. Your answers will determine my strategy.

Yes. The benefits extend into enemy territory.
