Question: Scenario Map as a Custom Game?

I'd like to use a Scenario Map as a map in a Custom Game so I can check AI Aggressive and change the victory conditions....that has to be possible, putting an existing map as one of the drop down maps in the Custom Game screen---anyone know how to do it?

Or do I need to mod the scenario?

Sorry about that, moderator---the question isn't really a customization question though---it's just a question about how the main menu works. anyway, this is probably a better forum for it anyway.

So does anyone know how this can be done?
