Question: Where can you find the python file that controls the dynamic names?

Which python file is it? I've been looking but can't find it.

I feel like messing around with it

It's not python, actually, but in XML. In your RFC mod folder, goto Assets\XML\Text. Each civ has its own file, named "CIV4GameText_DynamicCivNames_[civ].xml". Be sure to go to http://rhye.civfanatics.net/wiki/index.php?title=Rhye%27s_and_Fall_of_Civilization_dynamic_names#Meaning_of_names, which gives information on what each entry represents.

Actually, the XML only contains the actual string values for the various civics and diplomacy settings. The code controlling this is actually hard-coded into the DLL.
