I have edited the default rules or the terrain for the normal games, can I still play a multiplayer game with someone who was not the same edits in the regular files? Even if I host? Or only if I join?

Let's say you gave Mountain a 10% defense in your files and I have a 90% in my files.
I *think* it works like this:
- If u start the game, Mountains will have a 10% Def
- If I start the game, Mountains will have a 90% Def
