Ivce been looking at both the steam deal, and the D2D deal, And I am kind olf leaning towards D2D because of civ3 full, Stam wise would it be just like buying it with steam, like could I update the game and whatnot with steam if I bought it from D2D?

Yes from what i hear D2D just gives a key to enter into steam and then you download (just hit the add game button within steam). Once done everything will be as you bought it from steam. D2D has not released any keys yet so no preloading, however you get more stuff. I went D2D and a little jealous I'm not preloaded, but there are still 7 days left so maybe.... plus once the first DLC comes out I'll be happier then the current preloaders
