I am planning to releace a saga, based on my KEE saga stories. here is what I got:

episode 1
pretains to:
War in Poland *change in history, there was no war, there is now*
War in America *change in history, makes Florida join immidetley, and makes Kentucky much more powerfull*
I dont think I can put eathier of these into Civ format

episode 2
Civil war *the south wins, with help from Kentucky, which is extremley powerfull. war ends up breaking the USA into 5 peices*
War in Europe *the Tedofsky war, about a man that rouns around europe, like napoleon, changing history everywhere*

BOTH of these will be Civ scenarios. I am working on the civil war one now infact

epidode 3
World War 1, the Great war *due to changed history, takes place in 1949-1953*

this WILL be a civ scenario

episode 4
2 civil wars at the same time, each side allies with another side in the other civil war

this MAY be one

episode 5
Me, taking over the world
since there is no fighting, this will not be a scenario

episode 6
takes place in 2250, will therefore not be a scenario

anyone intregued?

now for my questions
QUESTIONS HERE
for those who scroed past the first half

How can I make a pre-screen before the scenario starts, where you can choose which episode you want to play out? I have heard it done, in some of the bigger WW2 scenarios

Can I totally disable sound, but not music?

Can I make permanent allies {I plan no diplomats and no negotiating possible}

Can I make players ally/fight via events?

...thats it for now

what story are you talking about? you have to realize, that with the release of civ3, more than half the users here are newbies:crazyeyes

to answer questions:
making someone choose which storyline they want to play out would involve making a .bat file, and i have no idea how to do that... but marko would. he made TSFE scenario which uses a really complicated bat file

i think the sound option is up to the user

if you set people to be allies and then turn off negotiations, they will stay allied. look in the cheat menu for setting diplomatic stances
here's the code for your events file to turn off negotiations
@IF
