Can you help me,please?I have Civ 3:Conquests.When I play a scenario (not a New Game!),I want to see the improvements,that I build in the cities-but I can't!There's no city view (I mean,there's no Eye sign in the window)!Is it possible to see it?
And another problem...When I build a Small Wonder (such as The Statue of Zeus or Mausoleum),it doesn't appear in the city view.Why?
 
There is no city aerial view in C3C unless you are playing an epic game. Whether or not an improvement shows up on the city display depends on which scenario you are playing. The scenario may not have the graphics setup properly.
 
Wattorey,what epic game you are talking about?What shall I do to setup the graphics properly in the scenarios?And what type of scenario you can suggest me with a city view in Civ3:Conquests,please?Is there aerial view in Civiliation 3 and Civilization 3:PTW in the scenarios?
P.S.All right,BTW,SoZ and Mausoleum are not Small Wonders,I'm sorry!But what about them in the city view?

The Epic Game, as Tomoyo said, is the normal unmodded game.

It is not possible to have a city aerial view in Civ3:Conquests (C3C) unless you are playing the epic game. I believe aerial view works in Civiliation 3 (VC3) & PTW scenarios.

If you are playing a scenario and there is something wrong with it, you need to contact the scenario creator.

If you are trying to make your own scenarios, visit the Creation & customization forums.
 
In the editor :)
Start the editor, click custom rules, edit rules and then civilization advances.
From here you can see the values for every tech.

Diplomatic options are available when you build an embassy through Writing. Spy options through embassy ONLY become available after you have learned espionage and have buillt the small wonder 'The Intelligence Agency'. I got a spy to veteran under Monarchy. I dunno about the other governments but I know you can under Monarchy. I have numerous times. If its not supposed to be possible then I have found a bug :)

From the FAQ:

How do I use the production queue?

Shift-Click - Add to production queue.
Shift-Q - Save production queue as default.
Q - Load production queue with default.
Shift-Del - Removes all items from the queue.
Click-Del - Removes the item clicked.

Click the Hospital in the queue, then press delete, and you can build it right now, and transfer the shields. :)

i got that thank u but HOW can u advance? And WHAT is an advance in diplomacy?
