Quick help on trade routes

Hi,

I just started my first game with BNW and I'm trying to use trade routes with Venice, it says I'm using 1/4 but every time I try to create a new one it simply replaces the old one, how can I use all my available routes?

When you say "create a new one" what do you mean? You have to create a new trade unit to set up a new trade route. So, for 4 trade routes you need a total of 4 caravans and/or cargo ships.

I am I've built 3 caravan but every time I try and set up a new trade route it simply replaces the old one...

I'm using the 43 civ mod + the giant earth map mode not sure if it have anything to do with that ?

You should not be able to replace a trade route that has not yet expired. I can only assume some mod conflict.
