Quick question, 100xp limit?

I'm playing a game now as griori. With the clan next to me at lots of space I get lots of barbarians and lots of high level units. However in my game set up it seems to be a 100xp limit. Why? and will it ever be possible to break that limit?

Is it one option I have used which cuzes this problem? (epic speed=

You won't get more than 100xp from Barbarians unless you have the Raider Trait.

Attaching a Great Commander or using the Valor spell will allow your units to gain more than 100xp from barbarians as well.

You could also edit the xml to raise the xp limits. I tend to set the max barb xp, max animal xp, and max free xp to 500.
