Quick question

Why do other CIVS keep trying to drag me into wars. I always get asked to enter wars, is there any specific reason as to why this happens?

I believe that a civ is more likely to ask for your support in a war if you have a DOF with them

It's a common behaviour for the AI... they will likely go war with that civ anyways and ask for support.

I think its kind of like reality show contestant behavior. Teaming up for now , but , knowing we will have to compete against each other later. It plays into my "the AI thinks its people" belief. The AI doesn't "think" its leading a virtual nation or empire ,but , "thinks" its playing a game , and , will do what it can to win. The AI will "want" to pit you against other civ's to wear down your army ,when it backfires and leaves you with a larger stronger empire , the civ that you started the war for soon turns on you ,because , you now look like bigger competition.

Easier to go to war in you have allies. Also, if you DOW, those you are not your allies or in the same war with you will consider you a warmonger.
