Doesn't health give them some extra bonus? I seem to remember reading it in one of the change logs but I can't find a mention of it.
 
If I remember correctly, they get 1 :hammers: from each point of :health:. This may only be after building the Necropolis, I'm really not sure.

I DO know that if you get too much unhealth you gain Unhealthy Discontent, which grants unhappiness, production penalties, etc. Very bad. This stops mattering after you build a Necropolis in the city.
 
Unhealthy Discontent before Necropolis, some extra :hammers: after. The :hammers: added are quite obvious, look for a building that generates :hammers:. I think the production is explained in the tooltip for Necropolis.

The Legion has no substantial living population, which is what Unhealthy Discontent is meant to represent. They also have no real reason to desire health resources at all; They're mindless undead, for the most part.

Then why do they have health/unhealth counter and Wells at all? :) Am I really the only one, who is bothered by it?...

They lose health with the Binding Stone; I'd prefer not to have to use some python to generate a building in every city JUST so they can be unhealth free. ;)

Wells should not be buildable; That will change.
