"Rally Point" Help!

I have searched this forum for "Rally Point" help for Civ 4 "Beyond the Sword" but the search is lame.

l want to set a rally point for new troops to head to after being built.

I have tried clicking on a city, right click, yellow round circle appears, enter.

This doesn't work for me!

Help! Help! Help!

How do you set a Rally Point?

Select the city (or cities) and then shift right click the rally point, not just right click.

Shift+Right Click on the spot, with the city(ies) you want selected.

Just a Mention about multiple Cities and Rally Point(Correct me if I am wrong):
If you have multiple cities selected you can't set a Rally Point to one of the selected cities, as it resets all Rally Points. At least that was one problem I had recently. I guess you can deselect that one city that will be the rally point and then it should work for all the others. I just set the rally point to a free spot next to the city that time.

Make sure you click the text window area below the city. Clicking the city intself will open the city menu and drive you crazy.

ctrl-click city bar to sellect all cities, shift+click on the city rally-point bar to deselect city, shift r. click on city tile to set continental rally point.

Especially if you do it when you already had 10 cities selected.
