Random Landmarks ?

I've been looking everywhere around Civ fan forums & apolyton's but i cant find the mod i'm looking for.
I've been told that a Random Landmark mod existed ==> Similar to the random landmarks in Sid meyer's Alpha centauri Alien crossfire.

What it does : During random map creation, a few special land areas are scatered around to be discovered , & grants extra bonuses to their owners.

Anyone seen such a mod around ?

Each gave specific bonus to the player controlling them.

It could be similar in Civ IV with such as :

- The king solomon mines
- El dorado
- Great barrier reef
- Mount everest
- Grand canyon
- Northern lights
- Victoria falls ...

maybe not necessarily added value to the owner--but just asthetic purposes--either way---great idea!
