Something that bugged me in Civ IV was that whenever I played, the same AI leaders would seem to start popping up all over the place. Almost every game I played had either Gandhi, or Huayna Capac, or - the worst of the lot - Mansa Musa rear their annoyingly frequent head at some point.
Anyway, what I thought would be quite cool would be an option to select which leaders can and can't be picked randomly. So if you get irritated, say, by having to stare at Napoleon's smirking face every single game, you could just turn him off.
I know you could probably do this by fiddling around with the XML, but then I'd probably delete something important by accident, like Horseback Riding, or China. Has there been any word on if there's a user-friendly option to do this in Civ V?
