Random name not coming up.

Ok, I prefer to play with everything being random,however, for some reason the name of the leader doesn't come up. Instead it is listing my computer name. So I get Johnson-(some 7 digits not srue what they are) instaed of Saladin or Tokugawa. It does this when I choose the leader as well but atleast I can change it then. Is there anyway I can fix this. I've tried using the basic format [default] in the text box but then that becomes my name. Hopefully some one knows how to fix this because I really find this annoying. I tend to get over it once I start up but it bugs me everytime I start a new map.
