Possibly, Stuck. But there are still issues that can and should be addressed. New legislation may find it's way into the Constitution through future Amendments, or the Code of Laws may, making for a more detailed ruleset. :thimbsup: We shall see.

Tsk, tsk, tsk. It is a shame that an article such as this was stuck into our constitution. I shudder to think what has become of that once great document.

The things you have all voted on here do not belong in the constitution but in a lower set of laws.
