Re-Installation Problems

I had Civilization 3, Conquests, and PTW installed on my computer. I uninstalled them because my comp was running slow and crappy and I wanted to get rid of everything that I could. Now when i go to re-install CIV3 the installer starts up and asks me if I want to uninstall Civ3 and I clicked yes. when I did it actually added four or five files into the windows folder. I really want to re-install CIV3 but it wont work.
I was really hoping that there was some sort of cleanup tool that goes through and removes all the registry entries, orphaned files, etc. etc.

I am running windows XP sp2.

Not really a tool, but you could try "I deleted the game, but now I can't uninstall!".

thank you thank you thank you. it worked i had gotten the secdon two registry keys and i somehowe missed the first.
