Recreating the Civ2 Rise of Rome Map

Heya, i suddenly feel the strong need to play as the Carthaginians and beat up the Romans as i did in Civ2. I already have the map (curtesty of some unamed creator i am afraid) but they seem to have totally messed up the senario:

1.Can only select to play as Romans
2.Random starting locations
3.Any Civilization (suddenly the Americans invade me from Greece!)

So is there anyone out there who can spend the 5 mins to rejig the senario to work as it should?

Zip it before posting it. Bics are too big, anyway.

aha, OK. Here it is... only dropped in size by 2kb by zipping it, these files r tiny.. but if its what the server wants...

I haven't dowloaded it (my Vanilla Civ3 editor is corrupted), but let me see what I can do to help regardless.

Make sure you have costum player properties. Make sure you have assigned the correct civs their properties. Make sure that each civ is checked as "Human Player". Make sure that only the correct number of civs can play (main scenario properties menu). While at this menu, you can limit the number of civs to those listed.

As for random starts, have you downloaded the latest patch?
