Redundancy Error

My (lovely) husband decided to uninstall the game (that was working) and reinstall it so he could do something about his high score. When we reinstall it, we get a "redundancy error" when the second disk does it's thing. It wont keep installing. Since the take2 home folks dont answer their phones or emails, I thought I would try here.

I have this very same error and it is making me very angry.

I purchased the game from Walmart, tried to install on my Dell intel laptop. CRC error on disk two. Clean wipe, try again, fail. Usually on the same file. Return disk to Walmart. Get new copy. Install on laptop.. Install works, Graphics not work... Grrrr. Intel Problems.

Tried to install on my desktop.. CRC error on Disk two. Disk two wont work AGAIN!!!!

WHAT THE HECK!
Is there a fix for the graphics issues ,or am I to reutn this game to walmat?
