[Col] Reforesting squares without Hardy Pioneer

I'm trying to reforest square 48,49.

Maybe the requirement for a hardy pioneer could be a toggleable option? Or maybe a Hardy Pioneer could do the job with fewer tools, like 60 instead of 100 or something.

Wait, you're telling me you *can* reforest squares with hardy pioneers?

Yes, with this utility. With the latest version you can do it with regular pioneers as well.

Sadly, no. If we had access to the code, maybe, but we don't.

With the Race Into Space project, we have access to the code, so we've been able to substantially improve on the original Buzz Aldrin's Race Into Space. But Colonization has never been open-sourced, so that won't work here. Also I read somewhere that Col is written in Machine Language, which would make it fiendishly difficult to modify, whereas BARIS was written in C and has been ported to C++.

I'm pretty sure Col, just like Civ was written in C. Maybe C++ even. People have modified things in the past, it's just not as convenient as when you had the source code.
