hey i am trying to reinstale my civ iv gold and i keep getting this error

but now i am playing total realism and i am getting the alloctation problem and i really dont fill like messing with my files to fix it i have seen in other post. or by how they said to. i don't what i have a 32 or 64 how do i find out in the first place.
