Reinstalled... Game won't work

I wanted to play a GOTM, but I couldn't get the downloaded game to open. I installed the HOF mod thinking that might be the problem. Still wouldn't open. Thought maybe I didn't have the latest patch. Installed that. Still wouldn't open. Thought maybe the problem was the graphic mods that I installed since that made the game "different." Uninstalled CIV IV. Reinstalled program, patch, HOF. Got a dll error. Searched Google & found the dll. Now the program starts to load, and I get the blue bar, but then it says "error loading shader libraries." What do I have to do to get the game to work? Being able to play GOTM would be great, but more than that I just want the game to work. Please help!

the shader libraries error is the same as the dll error you got before - you just did not fix it by downloading just the dll
Install this - also if you have any troubles with the HOF-Mod or the GOTM saves, post them here and you will get help

Thanks for the reply, but after downloading the installer at that link and running it I still get the same error. "Error loading shader libraries"

Since you said it was the same dll problem I tried reading the thread for that and found a solution there. Thank you!
