I'm running 32-bit Vista, and am having trouble reinstalling C4 & BTS. I had both of these (unpatched) installed previously, had uninstalled them, and am now having a great deal of trouble. I've followed all of the instructions in this thread, and thought I was doing okay so far...I've patched up to BTS 3.17, and I get an error saying I need to sign in as an administrator and try again.
