Religion overview screen doesn't display world religions

I am currently playing king difficulty as the byzantines on a continents map. Towards the beginning of the game (not sure the exact turn), the religion overview screen stopped showing the religions present in the game (see: screen.jpg). I've attached city.jpg to show there is indeed religion present in the game.

This is my fifth game of BNW and this is the first time have encountered this bug. I thought it might be related to the bug discussed here (http://forums.2kgames.com/showthread.php?178936-No-option-to-puppet-cities-post-patch), but opening the screen using the pulldown menu didn't help. The bug is also present when playing in windowed mode.

I have not checked to see if the bug is present in a new game yet. I'll probably update this thread when I do. I'm running patch 1.0.3.18 if that is relevant.

Has anyone else experienced a problem like this? I've uploaded the save game if anybody wants to take a look at themselves.

Has happened to me (King level as well). I haven't even had a war let alone razed a city.
