How do I do this? I downloaded the bad ronald's flag mod but it kicked Mao out of my game and I didn't like that. Also, I refuse to rename Mao to CHINESE_LEADER. It is insane and immature IMO to refuse the existance of the man especially when he is already here in the game. I am straying from my point though.
What tools do I need to change the flags in the game? I just spent all day getting my border colors the way I like them as I couldn't take germany any longer then one thing led to another...
Any help would be extremely appreciated. Is there a guide to this somewhere? I searched and only found a thread with some mod of vietnam not having the flag show up and bad ronald's mod, which IS very good btw. It is time for me to wet my feet though so to speak and wish to learn more about modding.
