Reminder System

Does anyone have any great ideas for a reminder system? I find that quite frequently I could really use a note to myself in 10 turns to cancel a trade agreement, etc.

I've been using Alt+S (sign mode) to place reminders on the map but I'd rather have what I suggested above.

Don't say pen and paper. It's a paperless world people and we've all got to take a big bite!

Try the Hall of Fame mod, which is the official (and obligatory) Civ Fanatics mod for Hall of Fame entries. It has reminders and a lot of very nice stuff (but it does not modify game mechanics.. it just lays out the info better)
