Remove Vanilla Leaders - Removes all leaders from the vanilla game.

This mod removes all leaders from the vanilla game (and DLC) so that you can play with just civilizations and leaders from other mods.

NOTE: This DOES NOT remove the Civilizations, just the leaders, meaning that if a mod adds a new leader to an existing civilization, then you can still use that mod if you want.
