removing No cd patch

I installed the no CD patch and it worked perfectly - however when I try to run my warcraft 3 game it will not play because it detects emulator software. I've uninstalled the game and don' know what else to do. Can anyone help?

IIRC, the No-CD patch only modifies your Civ II .exe file so it doesn't look for the CD. It shouldn't be doing anything else to your system.
