Removing Wonder Tags

How do you remove a national wonder tag from a building. I have look everwhere under CIV4BuildingClassInfos.xml and CIV4BuildingInfos.xml, but can't find it.

I think it is derived from the MaxInstances limits in BuildingClassInfos...
<iMaxPlayerInstances>1</iMaxPlayerInstances>

Aye, MaxPlayerInstances = how many times each player can build it. For example, the Ironworks National Wonder is set to 1, meaning each player can build it only once. If it was set to 3, then there could be 3 for each player. The same goes for units.
