What should be a name, graphical prepresentations and prerequisites of a ranged unit of the Renaissance Era?

Which one do you think represents Renaissance era Ranged choice better?
1. Tiller culverins (Little cute bombards, existed both as muzzleloaders and breechloaders)

^ Reenactments in Surin Elephant Festivals, can't really remember which year. I'm not sure if this culverin is based on Portuguese technology or how long did Portugal use ones (and anyone else in Europe too), and how long did it takes to phase out tiller culverins with trunion fieldcannons?

2. Trunion cannons
