i am playing as vikings and i declared war on england
now i have a bad rep for breaking a rop
the problem i have is i never had a rop
could the problem be that i declared war from the move troops automatically screen (the one that if u dont get your troops out war happens)

Did you declare, while your trops were within English borders? If yes, I think that has the same effect, or at least comparable to a RoP rape...

If I read this right and it refers to the demand that you either declare war or leave, then yes this is what trashed your reputation.
