Replaying the game with a different leader from autosave.

This might be better in the Mods forum, if so please move.

Often i play a civ 5 game and it turn out the map is better suidet for another civ.

Also sometimes I would like to try if another leader is really more stronger on the same map.

In civ 4 i was able to chnage the save to I play again from turn 0 with a different leader.


Is this possible with civ 5 somehow?
