Which song or peace of music either represents your feelings at the moment or your life in general.

As you can tell I'm in a happy place at the moment. What's your mood or feelings, post lyrics or a link or a picture, whatever you feel man :)

What a Wonderful World, Louis Armstrong.

I can assume your in the opposite place to me atm :)

I've got a viral infection, I feel lousy, it seems like I'm going to lose my job in about 2 months time because of my sickness record, and I feel a bit nackered and listless. Still musn't grumble I could be dead :)

A bit like this.

I have that next-day stomach ache from too much caffeine, as I was forced to stay up until 5am last night to do a couple of papers, one of which is horrendously bad despite my efforts

Isn't this a duplicate of the Member Alias Pictures? OK, that's only for pictures, but I have a sneaky suspicion that ainwood will merge them. :mischief:

I'm currently feeling like Queen's Don't Try Suicide and I'm Going Slightly Mad.

/me sings ... don't try suicide; no-body's worth it - don't try suicide, no-body cares. Don't try suicide; you're just gonna hate it, don't try suicide, no-body gives a damn ...

Fine by me, nay problem, but it's more about showing people what you feel like atm. I feel like s**t Fifty feels like s**t: misery loves company although, I wonder why he had to do two papers in one night, is it his fault or is that just horsehockey timing and the way things work out, either way it sucks.

But how do you feel, and can you represent it in either music, lyrics, poetry, words, or x. That's the point, I don't think your demeanour has anything to do with how you feel emotionally as such, so I can't see it as being a snapshot of you but a snapshot of your present mental state maybe?

When you got the job, what did you expect? Did you believe you'd excel and use it as a springboard to an even better job?

Not really it's a dead end job, semi-skilled, I figured I'd use it to make enough money to put me through my part time University courses, I mean I can probably get another job before the next course starts, but it's pretty disappointing: my health is fudgingg with my career, I get asthma too often usually at the same time every year, luckily it's not just asthma now, it's a chest infection too; and the job is physically demanding, and because the hospital is so badly in debt it's hard to find another one within my sphere. And also the dept I work in is a physics based one and the people there are a good source for my maths based questions on my course, so :hmm: ah well such is life.

Anyway this thread isn't about my woes, let's see some expressive music, poetry and sht.

I just came back from one of my concerts, and I feel happy cause it went great, but also in a poethic mood as I listened to a lot of good music this evening. Also, I have an interesting feeling that I can do whatever I want in my life and succeed. What do you think? What fits my current mood? :)

Today I feel more like this, tired but healthier.

When you tube stops being down I'll show you in musical form.

EDIT:http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NtngunsAUsI

Some find it quite sufficient to endure
In permanent and unremitting pain,
X-ing out all else but getting through
The day with neither loss nor hope of gain,
Yearning more for closure than for cure.

Such find faith in difficult terrain,
Immersed in grace both vivid and unsure,
Xerophytes that do as they must do.
