Request: Bonus Combat Strength for Relic Mod

I am trying to make a civ mod where the civ gets +1 combat strength for each relic they own. However, I cannot find any base Modifier in the game that can count the number of relics a player owns, or increase unit combat strength for every relic.

Please help!
