I need someone to make an animated Japanese Female, for Ismaia. please needed ASAP, will be very helpful.

Not going to happen any time soon. The tools needed to make custom animated leaderheads are not currently available.

The scenarios that come with the game use static leaderheads. Examine them to learn how to do it.

My suggestion would be to find a similar leaderhead for Civ III, take a good screen shot of it and use that.

Someone else would have to do it, though.
