Request for map

Hi all, I want to do a little request (if it is possible). I want someone to create a map for me (or scenario), with some "rules" I would post here. I don't want to do it myself because I don't want to know where the civilizations will end up, or how the map is. I would tell you the civilization I wanted and some general rules like map size, where I want to start the game, game rules and civilizations and such. I would be very grateful to anyone that could do this to me. The reason why I'm asking if someone would do this for me is because I want a "balanced" game and almost real-like positions of civilizations (for example, China would be near Korea and Japan, not near Greece or Germany; Austria would be landlocked, etc.) and as I said I don't want to know from the start where I am or how the map is.
