okkk....ummm am i going retardded or is there nobody who has created a modern-day mod for CIV IV yet?
by that i mean one that works, not one that takes 2 hours to load and make a turn.
all i need is a modern-day mod, which includes most of the nations of the world as we have them in reality.
like...USA, Mexico, Ukraine, Azerbaijan, Iran, Pakistan, India, Australia, China, etc???
i mean....i have spent hours seraching for one but apparently nobody has made one yet.
i thought it would be one of the first mods made for CIV iv...but i guess not.
