[Request] The Map of Planet?

I always rather enjoyed playing on the Map of Planet...um...map in Civ 4 (adapted of course from SMAC). Has anyone made one?

NOTE: First post in years...

EDIT: By "map", I literally just mean a map. No modding--I understand that there are several reasons a new Planetfall isn't happening soon. Replace Xenofungus with Forest and Jungle, that kind of thing. I just want to build Paris at the Planetneck and Fustat by the Freshwater Sea is all.

PS: The reason I need someone else to do this rather than do it myself is that I have a Mac. Go figure.
