Does it work properly for now? I remember, in the first version of the game RA didn't give me technology after 30 turns. And there also was a bug (in single player, i suppose), where the technology might be given before 30 turns were expired: after declaration a war or conquering one of civilizations with RA signed. Have these issues been fixed?
