Resolution of web sites

Is there a way to expand a site that leaves the left and right sides empty of content?

Opera's got a Zoom-feature that lets you zoom websites, for firefox there's a extension that does the same. Don't know about IE though, might be possible with Avant but with Standard IE I don't think so....

Avant doesn't expand, it magnifies. Meaning you'll still have the same content, but it'll be bigger.
