Hi!

I have a question.....

If i have the right tech to see the ressources and i dont have any of this ressource in my border.... does this ressource can suddenly appear ?? (sorry for my poor english i talk french )

I think only some resources can randomly appear, but not having any other spots should not prevent it from randomly appearing inside your border. Dont count on it happening though, best just have a small war to get it.

Horses and rubber you're out of luck; they never move. All the others you have a chance of getting later (provided you have some of the required terrain anyway).

But yeah, go to war for it.
