I don't think I've seen this reported on here. I like the concept of "restart game" that is available on turn 1 ... it's pretty common to start the game with a lousy position and want to restart. However, 100% of the times I have tried this ... probably 10-15x ... the game has crashed and I have had to Task Manager>End Process.
The alternative to this is Exit to Main Menu, with which I can accomplish largely the same thing. This is probably a crash 50% of the time on turn 1.
